Ordering
How do I place an order?
Simply browse the shop, choose your item, select any available options, and provide your personalization details before adding it to your cart. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to contact me!
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! I love creating custom embroidered items. If you have a special idea in mind, visit the Contact page or send me a message with the details, and we'll work together to bring your vision to life.
Can I provide my own item for embroidery?
In many cases, yes! Customer-provided items are accepted for select projects. Please contact me before purchasing so we can discuss your item and ensure it's suitable for embroidery.
Personalization
Can I choose my own thread colors?
Yes! Most designs can be customized with your preferred thread colors. If no color is selected, colors will be chosen to best complement the item.
Can I choose different fonts?
Many products offer multiple font options. Available fonts are shown on each product listing whenever applicable.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each item is embroidered just for you. While every effort is made to match the listing photos, slight variations in thread color, fabric placement, and embroidery positioning may occur due to the handmade nature of each order.
Processing & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Current production time is approximately 7-10 business days before shipping. During holidays or busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Do you offer rush orders?
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order. I'll do my best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
Do you ship throughout the United States?
Yes! Orders are shipped anywhere within the United States.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return a personalized item?
Because each item is custom-made specifically for you, personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless an error was made on my part or the item arrives damaged.
What if I made a mistake when entering my personalization?
Please contact me as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, I'll do my best to update your order. Once embroidery has begun, changes may no longer be possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once work has started on your personalized item, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Product Care
How should I care for my embroidered item?
To help your embroidery stay beautiful for years to come:
• Wash inside out using cold water.
• Use a gentle cycle.
• Do not use bleach.
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry.
• If ironing is needed, iron inside out and avoid placing direct heat on the embroidery.
