Because each item is made to order and personalized just for you, please allow time for your order to be carefully created before shipment.
Processing Time
Most orders are completed and shipped within 7-14 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, seasonal releases, and periods of high order volume.
Custom and personalized orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from processing times.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Opelika, Alabama area. If local pickup is offered, details will be provided at checkout or communicated after your order is completed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. RP Embroidery & More is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, RP Embroidery & More is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly and retain all packaging materials.
