At RP Embroidery & More, every custom order is created specifically for you. Because each item is personalized, please review the following policy before placing your order.
Ordering a Custom Item
Custom orders begin with a conversation. Whether you have a fully developed idea or just a general vision, I'm happy to work with you to create something unique.
When requesting a custom order, please include as much information as possible, such as:
- The item you would like embroidered
- Names, initials, or wording
- Preferred thread colors
- Font or design preferences
- Your needed-by date
- Inspiration photos, if applicable
The more details you provide, the smoother the design process will be.
Design Approval
When applicable, a digital proof or design mockup will be provided before production begins.
Please review your proof carefully. This includes:
- Spelling
- Initial order
- Dates
- Thread colors
- Design placement
Once you approve the design, it will be considered final. RP Embroidery & More is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Processing Time
Custom embroidery requires time and attention to detail.
Current production time is typically 7-10 business days before shipping. Larger orders or orders placed during busy seasons may require additional time.
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before placing your order.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes may be requested before production begins.
Once embroidery has started, no changes or cancellations can be made, as your item has been personalized specifically for you.
Customer-Provided Items
Customer-provided items may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
While every effort is made to ensure successful embroidery, RP Embroidery & More cannot guarantee results on customer-supplied items and is not responsible for damage caused by manufacturing defects, fabric flaws, or unexpected issues during the embroidery process.
Returns & Exchanges
Because every custom order is made specifically for one customer, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Change of mind
- Color preferences
- Size selection
- Design preferences after approval
If your order arrives damaged or if an error was made by RP Embroidery & More, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item may be requested so I can make it right.
Color & Design Variations
Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. Minor variations in embroidery placement, fabric texture, and thread appearance are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.
